Good ways to prevent boredom?
by RacerX | November 24th, 2011You can't be bored if you're putting your entire self into whatever you're doing. You think, feel, move and breathe. Which of these four are you missing when doing something? Let's say doing dishes: think about what you're doing, your method... where you place the dishes, how you use your fingers... you'll notice that you will become naturally curious about improving the technique. When you get into that vibe, you can't be bored. It actually becomes a delightful challenge. Feeling enters... you breathe in a different way.
It's not so much what you're doing, but how.
