Mortgage Alternative: sell "shares" to 20+ banks to buy a home

The more investors (such as a combination of traditional lenders, micro-loans, individuals) the better. The current model is to have only one or two banks as the sole investors.

An online app would serve as a hub for placing orders, where certain goods could be ordered either when combined with enough other goods of any one store, or in enough bulk.
